Conversion collapses past 5 competitors per lead. Three per bracket keeps your close rate high while letting the data cost stay shared — which is how we can charge $997 instead of the $4,000+ every other vendor charges. Beyond 3, the math stops protecting you.
What happens when my bracket fills?
Seats open one at a time. When your bracket is new, only Seat 01 exists. When it's reserved, Seat 02 opens to the next mover. When Seat 02 is reserved, Seat 03 opens as the final seat. When Seat 03 is reserved, the bracket is closed — no further movers can buy in until an existing customer cancels.
All three seats cost the same: $997/mo. Sequential opening isn't about price — it's about honest scarcity. We tell you the truth about how many seats are open in your bracket at any given moment.
Can I buy multiple counties or brackets?
Yes. Each subscription is one seat — one county × one bracket. Want LA Standard + Orange Luxury + Ventura Standard? Three seats, $2,991/mo total. Seat structure, rules, and cap apply per bracket.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalty. We bill the first of each month; you keep service through the end of whatever month you cancel in.
What if you raise prices later?
We give you 30 days' written notice before any price change. You have the full 30 days to decide whether to continue at the new rate or cancel. No surprises, no auto-enroll in higher rates. This is in our Terms of Service and we will never walk it back.
