Who we are
Falcory is operated by Falcory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This notice covers the data pipeline described here.
Data we hold about our customers
For a moving company that requests a sample or subscribes to a Seat, we hold: account contact details (company name, work email, phone), the county selected, billing information processed by Stripe on our behalf, and correspondence with us.
Data the service contains about property owners
The daily files we deliver to customers are compiled from public listing sources and licensed data providers. A file may include a property owner's name, property address, mailing address where available, telephone number where available, and telephone screening flags. Falcory does not collect this data directly from the property owner.
Purpose
This data is provided to licensed moving companies for their own marketing of moving services. Falcory does not itself contact any property owner by call, text, mail or any other channel, and gives no instruction on how a customer works the file.
Retention
Customer account and billing records are kept for as long as the Seat is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for accounting and legal purposes. Property owner data compiled into a daily file is retained by Falcory only as long as needed to compile and deliver that file and to support a removal request under this notice.
Property owner removal requests
If you are a property owner and want your information removed from Falcory's data or held back from future files, email leads@falcory.com and we will act on your request.
We do not sell customer data
Falcory does not sell, rent or share customer account or billing information with third parties for their own marketing.
Third parties
Stripe processes billing for paid Seats. Our email provider delivers daily files and correspondence. Our data providers supply the underlying property and contact data compiled into each file. Each of these third parties processes data under its own terms.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the pages to function, and runs no advertising trackers.
Governing law
This notice and the practices it describes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
